See there is no chance for cancellation of NEET as it is the only largest medical entrance exam of national level and if it gets cancelled then it is very difficult to find out the way in such short period for admission to medical courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS and so on. So it won't get cancelled and according to the latest updates new dates are expected within a week or two so we have to wait for it and just focus on your preparations.

However NEET Application process is expected soon as the registration website is already developed so now we have to wait for it's launch, the further information will be published soon on the official website as given below :-

Now, as the situation due to pandemic is coming under control so we can expect some final decision or announcement of dates within a week or two.
