If one has to choose between IMS ghaziabad and jaypee business school what should one choose for mba /pgdm ? Mine cmat %l = 97 . Kindly tell

Both Institutes are equally good and all the more same in terms of placements and industrial training.

MBA is a post graduation degree whereas PGDM (Postgraduate diploma in Management) is a diploma degree. But if you want to pursue PH.D you should choose MBA. Basically, both are management degrees and placements are almost same in both.
