Why would you repeat your class 12th you have already passed it? Are you talking about taking a drop? Please specify.
Also, regarding the number of attempts a candidtae can take for JEE Mains is:
You can take the JEE Mains exam for 3 consecutive years. Also, for a particular academic session ( in a particular year), you can take the exam twice.

I got 70% in 2019 examination and for jee it was 75% si iwant to repeat

Yes for UR candidates it is 75% and for SC/ST candidates it is 65% marks in class 12 boards. However, this is only for admission into NITs/ IITs/ and GFTIs. You can check out the the qualifying percentage for other colleges too. If it is less than or equal to 70%, don't retake your class 12 boards.
Also, for B. Arch. programmes, minimum qualifyin percentage in class 12 boards is 50%. Therefore, you are eligible for B. Arch. too. So you can consider this option too.

Hey there,
You can give the jee mains examination in the year 2019, 2020 and 2021 as the number of attempts given to a candidate is three in jee mains examination whereas you can only give two attempts to the jee advanced examination. I hope you have got the point.
