If pcm total is below 75% in 12th board. Do jee mains score will be considered for college addmission?

The 75% eligibility criteria for taking admission is only for NIT's, IIT's, IIIT'S, GIFT'S.
Apart from these colleges, they don't demand 76% aggregate in 12th boards, so if you are willing to take admissions in Colleges apart from these colleges, they will surely accept your JEE mains score.
