Yes you can reject and withdraw seat in ers rojnd counselling.

You shallbe returned with partial refund of counselling fees if no college allotted.

Yes absolutely u can reject but u will have less chances to get seat in further counselling because its already third counselling.

yeah you could easily reject the seat just don't appear for the document verification it will get automatically cancelled or you could also cancel it if you dont want it
