If some one is wanted to do job as a cheif officer in merchant Navy then what would be the full total process of becoming cheif

In Merchant Navy, Chief Officer is very senior post and direct entry is hardly available there. In order to get the post of Chief Officer first of all you have to serve for third officer and second officer post then you will get promoted to the post of chief engineering when you will gain some experience. Now to get into the post of third officer, process is described below :-

** Very first thing, you should have passed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum aggregate of 50% marks.

** Then you have to go for some bachelor's program (enlisted below) and for admission to most of the bachelor's program some entrance exams are conducted as given below but there some institutions that offer admission on the basis of merit in class 12th :-

==>> JEE-Advance

==>> IMU CET and so on.

** Now after appearing for any of the above entrance exam, you have to take admission in any of the enlisted engineering course on the basis of result of entrance examination :-

==>> Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering

==>> Marine Engineering

==>> Naval Engineering

** After completing your degree in any of the above bachelor's program you are eligible to take entry level job as a third officer in Merchant Navy.
