if the eligible candidate of category not present at last day of spot then that seats convert into open and all eligible candidate can take admission

A university onny declares admission procedure through spot counseling, is when there are seats left unfulfilled due to shortage of candidates. Then any candidate who qualifies the eligibility criteria or are on the waiting list can apply for the spot admission.
