As if query is if the tuition fee is zero in the first year of BTech degree then when you need to pay your fee in upcoming years of BTech.

I want to tell you that is your BTech first year tuition fee is zero or is refunded then you need to pay your fee at the time of second year then only you have to pay the fee but eventually if in that year also it cames out to be any scholarship for grant then that might help you in introduction of tuition fee or paying less of it.
