if we already submitted our 10th original certificate to a college for admission and by chance i change my mind and decide to go to another college, did the college give back our certificate to us!? if they don't what will we do

yes, the college must return your orignal 10th certificate if you withdraw your admission They cannot legally keep it if they refuse, you can file a complaint with the university, GUC, or approach the consumer court. always ask for a written withdrawl application and acknowledgement for safety.

Hi reesa
In case you have not submitted any fee and want your certificates back many colleges return that but in private college after you submitted the admission fee they didn't return it.
