if we dont write si units in phy 2puc will they cut marks

Unfortunately, yes. SI units are very important to write, for example if you just answer-5, without mentioning if it is force or impulse, it could have two very different physical interpretations, and can change the dynamics of body in question. So, yes marks will be cut, but very less.
