If you are currently studying in 12th, you are eligible to take CLAT this year. Your admission will depend whether you clear the eligibility criteria whenever the result comes out. You need a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in your 12th boards to be eligible. So you can appear for CLAT in the same year you are appearing for 12th boards.
