Yes, in such a case you can slide your choice and colleges but if you had taken complete admission in the college that you have alloted in qst round, then at the time of leaving that college you have to pay a amount of leaving the seat which ranges from 50000 to 200000 or even more according to some registered norms  .

So, think wisely .
