Hello there,
As you've not mentioned your category,
I'm considering you to be general category.
For General category, cut off percentile in jee main 2020 is 90.3765335
So in that case you have not cleared the cut off for jee main and hence not qualified for counselling.
But if you have reserved category then you might be eligible.
For jee main 2020 the cut off percentile is as follows;
Common Rank List (CRL):- 90.3765335
GEN-EWS:- 70.2435518
Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL):-72.8887969
Scheduled Caste (SC):- 50.1760245
Scheduled Tribe (ST):-39.0696101
PwD:- 0.0618524

Hello.
Sorry to say that you really have less chance to get through the councelling and get a demanding engineering course in top colleges. But you can apply to other state councelling and get a desired course in top college around you. If you have any trouble in choosing your college. The link below can help you choosing the appropriate college for you. It is the college predictor using your JEE mains score. Do try it.

Hello, yes you are eligible for Jossa counseling.
It does not matter how much percentile you have got.
Cutoff is only for giving Jee advance exam.
You should apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling.
