IHM mumbai is my 1st preference howeer In round 1, I got IHM Bangalore. I paid 40K fees but applied for 2nd round. Despite my ranking now within closed ranking (CR) for round 2 IHM Mumbai, I was still alloted IHM Bangalore. Seems some error in system as NCHM is re-declaring results today.

According to your question and taking into consideration that you have got ihm Bangalore inspite of clearing the cut off for ihm Mumbai.
There has been an error while alloting the seats so they have decided to re consider the results.
So you need not worry about anything and just wait for the results as you have cleared the cut off for Mumbai and so you will definitely get it.
