For doing post graduation(M.Tech) in Pharmacy, one must appear for GATE after finishing his/her B.Tech. Based on the marks scored in GATE, admission in Pharmaceutical Engineering in any one of the IITs is guaranteed:

IIT-BHU
IIT Bombay
IIT Delhi
IIT Guwahati
