IIT in admission how to minimam percentage in 12th in2021
Hello,
For getting admission in IIT students have to qualify JEE Mains with good score and rank. It is conducted by National Testing Agency twice a year - January and April. Then candidates need to qualify JEE advance. JEE Advance has two papers, both are of same duration but at different times on same day.
Earlier, the eligibility for JEE Advanced was to have aggregate 75% in class 12th from a recognized board. It was 65% for reserved categories. For more details you can visit: JEE eligibility
Now it has been removed!
Candidates need to secure a good All India Rank and then no one can stop your admission in IIT.
ALL THE BEST
The usual requirement criteria to take admission in the prestigious Indian Institute of Technologies is that you have to score a minimum of 75 percent in the board in which you have completed your class XII examination, or to be in the top 20 percentile of the passed students in your board.
But, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, NTA and IITs both have decided to scrape off this 75% criteria, and now the only criteria is that you should have been declared PASS by your board.
Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
