You will have to take admission in class 11th again with your 10th mark sheet and this time, you can take admission in arts stream.

Besides, you can do one more thing, give compartment exams for the subjects, you have failed earlier. After clearing the 12th exams, you can change your science stream into arts stream at graduation level. This will save your two years valuable time and you can study further with arts stream.
