YES...As you are the student of PCB you are eligible for wbjee(west bengal joint entrance exam)

*The candidate should be the citizen of india .

*the candidate must have passed the qualifing exam that is intermediate examination with physics and chemistry along with biology or biotechnology or mathematics

*students marks in each subject is required individually(in both practical and theory)

*student must have accedemic percentage  in above three subjectsis  45% or above (40% is enough for reserved catogiries like( SC,ST,OBC-A,OBC-B,PWB)

*student must have passed english with atlest 30% or above marks

The Academic Qualification for WBJEE are: The candidate should have qualified his 10+2(or equivalent) examination with physics and Mathamatics along with any one of Chemistry/Biology/CS as compulsory subjects with individuals passing marks in all the three subjects mentioned above in regular class mode.

Those candidates who will be appearing in the qualifying exam in 2019 are also eligible to apply for WBJEEE 2019.

So it will not be possible for a PCB student to appear in WBJEE as Matahmatics is compulsory for applying to WBJEE.
