Hey Akash, hope you are doing well. 67 percentile in JEE Mains would fetch you category AIR in twenty  thousands. So at this ranking it is not possible to get into NIT Warangal. Nit warangel is considered one of the best NIT, so ofcurse it's cutoff is generally higher.
It demands a good percentile score to get seat in the top NITs like..NIT raurkela,NIT suratkhal,NIT trichy.
So, it would be quite difficult for you get admitted in these too NIT.
But there are many NIT which would accept your rank.
But definitely you would not be able to get too NIT college.
But you have chance for other NITs which are also good

Your 12th scores are very good but sorry to say that with this JEE main percentile it is difficult to get into NIT warangal or in fact to any other NITS,so i would recommend you to prepare well and give JEE mains exam again next year,this is just a recommendation however the final decision will be yours.
