I'm a student of West Bengal board.My bio mark's was not count in best of five.I got 85% in best of five and in Bio 75.Am I able for neet?

Hey.
To be eligible to take admission through NEET you need to pass Class 12th board exams from a recognised board. Other than that you also need to score a minimum aggregate of atleast 50% marks in Biology, Physics, Chemistry together to be eligible. So as long as your aggregate in these 3 subjects in more than 50% you are eligible even if your Biology marks were not counted for Best of 5 percentage.
