As you scored well in JEE Main and your JEE Advance marks is not that bad. So you can opt for admission this year with some decent IIT or either top NIT. But when you decide to take a drop then it totally upto you whether you compromise with IIT or not. In my suggestion just take admission because there's alot of uncertainty there whether you scored as much as you scored this year. And the phase between this year and next, alot of frustrations occurs, a number of people ask you different varities of question which might affect you.
