im bangalorean can i do diploma in odissa that will be valid or not

yes, you can join a diploma college in Odisa and do your diploma courses. even you can do your diploma from any institute in India, it not be a problem in your education that you are a resident in Bangalore. but you need to stay in odisa to complete your diploma course for full time.
