There is no specific code for candidates who dropped in B.sc second year.Hence you can write qualifying code as 2 which is for droppers.
Code 2:
Code 2 is for candidates who are droppers and have passed their 10+2 /higher/senior secondary examination with English, physics,chemistry and biology/biotechnology.
Code 6:
Code 6 is for candidates who have completed their b.sc course hence you can not write code 6.
So your qualifying code should be 2.

If you have a BSc with topics like physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology, as your core subjects and you passed these subjects in the first year, including the practicals, you must enter code 5.
If you have a BSc with some other topics, like home science, environmental science, etc or any other field apart from basic sciences you will be classified as a dropper and must use code 2.

If you have passed your 1st year of UG with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology inclusion of practical tests, then you can use the code 5. Else, you have to use the code 2 which is essentially for the droppers.
