Hello aspirant,
Since you haven’t mentioned your categoyr, I assume it is general. With 530 in the NEET 20222 exam, it’s quite difficult for you to get a government seat in Andhra Pradesh. However, you can get the following private colleges in Andhra Pradesh at this score-
Katuri Medical College- 472
GSL Medical College, Rajahmudry- 443
P. E.S Institute of Medical Sciences- 446
Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences, Chittoor- 443
Please note that the cut off varies every year depending on various factors such as categoey of the student, difficulty level of the exam, number of students attempting the papwr etc
You can also use the college predictor tool to know your chances of admission in a college/ course-

Hello Tanush,
With 530 Marks in NEET (UG), you are not eligible to get a seat in MCC AIQ (15%) Counselling in any of the Indian Government Medical Colleges.
There are chances for you to get seat if you apply for Andhra Pradesh State (85%) Counselling. For that, you must have Domicile Certificate of AP. If you don't belong to AP, then you can't apply for its State Counselling. You can go for your Domiciled State for State (85%) Counselling.
Chances for you to get any MBBS Seat in Government Medical College will only be possible if you belong to some less developed State of India or any state where number of NEET (UG) applicants are less. Otherwise, in states where number of applicants are high like in - Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Kerala, Delhi, UP, etc you will unfortunately not get any government medical college seat.
The score you obtained is quite good, but not sufficient, since the competition is very high.
What can you do now?
I will 100% recommend you to go for Year drop . That will make you eligible for scoring much more marks than now. If you study consistently, with practicing as much MCQs as you can and all the related stuffs, you will surely get MBBS seat in your dream medical college.
NOTE :- The above answer is explained considering your Category as General, since you have not mentioned your Category in your question.
