According to the marks you are expecting, you have decent chances for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota both. If you are expecting a medical seat in your state only then you can apply through the state quota. As you are belonging to OBC category you may have better chances to get a medical seat. With your marks i.e 570/720 in the NEET 2019 exam, and considering that you are from the OBC category your rank might be anywhere in the range of 3500 - 5000 and your category rank will be in the range of 800 - 1800. This is good enough when considering that you will have 85% State Quota in Kerala because the closing marks and rank in Kerala for state quota students in the year 2018 was 558 and 6014 respectively at T D Medical College, Alappuzha.
Your marks will be narrowly ahead of the cutoffs but that presents a fair enough chance for you to get a government MBBS seat in Kerala.

To get admission in government medical college in Kerala you need to have marks upto 570+. The best college of Kerala for medical is the Government Medical College, Kozhikode having seats upto 250.The other two best colleges in Kerala are Government Medical College in Kottayam having seats 150 and the other one is TD Medical College, Alleppey also having seats upto 150 only. In case of obc category you need to have marks range upto 470. So, yes there are chances for you to get admission in the best college of Kerala. Try your best.
