I'm frm wb board.If I fail maths in 12,bt I clr all 5 sbjcts with gd mrks,nd council declared me as a pass candidate.Can I eligible fr clat?

There is a minimum eligibility criteria for CLAT -
CLAT Eligibility
  • Candidates should have passed Higher Secondary School/Intermediate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination with not less than45% marks in aggregate(40% in case of SC/ST and persons with Disability).

  • There is no age bar for appearing in CLAT.

If you qualify this criteria you are eligible for appear in CLAT examination.
For your question to take admission in CLAT Colleges, you need to appear and pass CLAT exam.
Common Law Admission Test is a national level entrance test which is conducted for the admission in the top Law colleges of the India.
CLAT syllabus for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) includes English, GK, Current Affairs, Mathematics, Legal Aptitude, Logical Reasoning. GK and current affairs syllabus constitutes of 50 marks each. English including comprehension, logical reasoning are of 40 marks each.
