• Gauhati Medical College - cutoff score for general - 477
• Assam Medical college - 427
• Silchar medical college and hospital - 438
• Jorhat Medical college - 426
• Tezpur Medical college - 420

These scores are under the 85% State Quota seat which you can apply for since you are from Assam

In 2018, the highest admission cut-off for government medical college in Assam was 477 for UR candidates under the 85 percent state quota. So, inorder to get a good medical college, you need to have a NEET UG score higher than that. Infact, a score of 520 and above is going to make your chances to get a good medical college higher.

Dear Nur, in 2018 under State Quota, 420 marks secured a seat in Tezpur Medical College under General Category. That has been the cut oof. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year it is speculated that the cut offs in Government Medical Colleges will increase by 25 marks. And ranks overtook marks this season. Keeping all this in mind, your target should be atleast 525 for securing a seat in NEET 2020.
