Hello Aspirant,

You need an under 100 rank to get into a PSU if you are from CSE branch. If you have under 50 ranks then there is a good chance that you will be selected at both ONGC and IOCL. If you are between 50 and 100 then you still have a good chance at IOCL but not so good chance at ONGC.

These two are the main PSUs for CS. IOCL recruits a larger number of candidates as compared to ONGC. This year IOCL took around 45 from CSE. ONGC only took around 15.
