Assuming you have passed 12th in 2017 so there will be no issue in NEET and JEE 2018. Also, you can give NEET and Jee main thrice consecutively when you are in 12th class.

Make sure it must be yours under 3 attempt for jee but for neet their no attempts in 2018 as per new notice , you can go with your 12 improvement exam but if you are about to give jee exam in 2018 then you must fill improvement in the all 5 main subjects and for neet it their not any rule like this.
