well, first of all go through theroy, sequees into concept, make it shrot-cut of that topic. more clear about your concept. make note of this each topic by topic. solving problems also focus.
This time you won't get back. So you need to utilize this to maximum. What I want to say is don't think that JEE is so tough and you can't crack it. Just google the topics which are freqently asked and also having high weightage in JEE. And cross check those topics in 11 textbooks. And mainly you need to do now is make your base of that topics to be strong. For physics, HC VERMA books makes sense and also RD Sharma for maths.

So in the 11th class if you make your Foundation strong by making the notes of all the concepts which you had been taught. And practicing all the NCERT and the previous year JEE questions could be a good start for your preparation.
