I'm in class 12 with arts and I wish to pursue a career abroad in law. Could you please guide me?
- You can pursue Law at 3 different levels. After 10+2 as an Integrated 5 yearaw Program, After Graduation and also after Post Graduation. As you are in 10+2, 5 year Integrated Law Programme is an ideal option. There are quite a few Law Entrance Examinations that you can opt from. You can check the list at: https://law.careers360.com/exams. Lets say you completed your Law in India and now you want to pursue your career abroad. You need to figure out which country you want to practise Law in. Every country has its own Eligibility Criteria and each is different from the other. For example, if you want to practise Law in the US, you need to be admitted to the Bar Association pf the State that you want to work in. This is because each State in the US has its own Bar Association. For being conducted into the Bar Association, you need to take the Bar Examination. And there are other specific requirements of each State that you want to work in and in general you shpuld keep your papers ready almost.a year before taking up the exams.
- If you want to study Law abroad like in a country like the US, you should complete your Bachelors in any stream and then appear for LSAT. And you can apply for Law colleges. Once you complete your Law, you again need to take up the Bar Exam and the rest of the process is the same. And again stdying Law in each and every country is different.
If you want to directly study Law abroad, right after school, you have to write SAT for US/Canadian universities and through UCAS for UK colleges.
Good luck.
You need to do graduation in any field and then you can pursue law .
You can do BA.LLB also and there are many other integrated courses also.
But first you need to decide where you want to go Australia, Canada, USA or any other country.
Decide that and then you can apply for the colleges there as every country has its own rules .
