Dear Verma, you haven't mentioned the session for which you want to fill the CPY form. You ideally have to apply for June 2019 session. CA CPT 2019 June session will be the last session of CPT exam. Candidates must have completed 12th standard education from a recognized board or equivalent. First, register yourself with ICAI before the last date of application form.Those who have done graduation degree or post graduation degree with commerce subject with minimum 55% marks are exempted from appearing in CA CPT 2019.Candidates who possess graduation degree or masters degree in any discipline (excluding commerce) with at least 60% marks aggregate in all subjects are also exempted from appearing in entry-level exam. The application form will be available online at official website of ICAI. 

You haven't mentioned your highest qualification. If you hold a Bachelor's degree with atleast 55%, you dont need to write this exam. You will have to go for the next level.
