I'm join a gym yesterday. My age is 17 and my weight is 58. how much time I need for muscle building.
.
Look the answer for your question is already answered but with my experience of year's and as being a coach/guide in gym the answers are wrong.
.
Here I'm explaining you clearly and being Frank.
body is of 2 types, lean and bulk. First you should come up with a plan what type of body you need. Now, as you joined yesterday, 1st week and maybe month according to body type you have, will only comforts your muscles that means your joint's, muscles releax themselves so they can grow later.
.
Now, to gain something you need to loose something.
1st Body pains will occur in the first week, you shouldn't give up. If you stop and work again the same body pains will occur trouble you.
2nd Diet should be taken according to the body type you need, lean or bulk
3rd Sleep is dam important, your muscles only grow when body takes rest and 8 hours of sleep is mandatory
4th protein/supplements should be taken only when advised, without proper instructions they may harm you by forming stones in kidneys, by over growing a single muscle, by bulking your body more then needed. So without proper instructions do not take any kind of supplements
.
Now coming to growth, your growing is dependent on the diet and workouts, if you workout and takes no diet you will be where you are and if you take diet and won't work you will Just grow your stomach and that makes you uncle lol.
.
So, have patience it takes 3 to 6 months to see clear growth. Keep working out and maintain distance. Best of luck. Do not hesitate to ask if you have any further doubts. Thank you
