many people might tell you many things but the point is you have to have your own strategy .anyways these following tips might help you:

1)everybody will say study NCERT,cut the crap the point is understand NCERT,just see the topic in ncert read it once,then to understand it study same thing in reference book.this is mainly for physics and chemistry.

2)maintain the summary book( formulas,key concepts)

3)for biology and chemistry study and remember the whole ncert text book point to point,this might sound ridiculous but its a must.

4)do not postpone your task,if your supposed to finish 3 chapters today do not postpone to tomorrow EVERYDAY YOU WASTE IS A DAY YOU NEVER GET BACK

5)At any point of time dont loose focus,dont compromise with SCHEDULE.

6)IF YOU DONT PLAN TO SUCCEED YOU PLAN TO FAIL.

7)REVISE as many times as possible,i did not revise because i thought i knew everything and i had this pseudo confidence,never do that mistake.Though you remember there is nothing wrong in revising.

8)solve as many questions as possible,only studying theory does not help.

9)solve all previous question papers of aipmt,trust me its worth doing.and never loose hope

always remember ACTION BEATS INTENTION. work hard,really hard,i am not telling you to sit and study whole day i am telling you to complete what ever you planned.it takes lot of effort to stick to the paln.
