In a way, this might mean there is no image correction required in your case. The portal was supposed to open on March 8, but there might be some technical glitches due to which you can't access it. You can try again in a couple of days to see if the portal is working.

 If you have not received any message from NTA for Photo Correction

 This means that you don’t need to make any change in the images and your application is accepted. But still if you want to make changes in the uploaded images then follow the below-mentioned steps:

• Write an e-mail to NTA with subject line ‘Photo correction in JEE Main 2019 application form’
• Do mention JEE Main application form number along with the images that need to be uploaded again.
• Send the e-mail to jeemain@nic.in

If you have recieved an email regarding image correction and still unable to change your photograph please contact JEE authorities through the helpline number provided.

NTA has started JEE Main Form Correction 2019 on March 11, 2019, which will end on March 15, 2019.

To make corrections to the JEE Main application form 2019 for January session:

Go to the JEE Main 2019 application correction portal and log in using the following details:

JEE Main Application Number
Password
Security code displayed on the screen
Click on the section you want to edit and make the corrections
After making the changes, finally, click on Submit
