I'm not good in chemistry, so is it too required or important in a btech (electrical engineering)

Hello kid,
.
As you are going for electrical engineering, you will not be working with chemistry any more. Electrical engineering's do concentrate on electrical things which teaches about design, application, devices, systems and all the electrical related things. So you need not worry about it.
