If you are in your 11th right now, we would ask you to stick to NCERT and then wait for the reduced and revised syllabus that will be annouced by the MHRD. Due to Corona Pandemic, the academic year 2020-21 will be reduced and so the MHRD has announce that NEET will be conducted on a reduced syllabus. But this reduced syllabus hasn't been announced yet. So for now continue preparing from NCERT books and work on previous question papers. You might not be aware of 12th syllabus yet but working on 11th syllabus thoroughly will help you get the basics right. Also attempt atleast one mock test a week so that you can get a hang of the question paper. Try setting a time of 3 hours while attempting the mock tests because you need to make sure that you can complete 180 MCQs within 3 hours even on the day of the exam. So stick to NCERT and once the revised syllabus has been announced, you can start preparing accordingly, You do not want to waste time and energy on omitted topics.
