According to the states policy preference is given to state minority students and then the vacant seats are allotted to students from other states.

Management quota is seats reserved in private colleges for students to get admission without entrance exams. The number of seats in a college under management quota is limited to 20-30% of the total intake.

belonging to OBC BC-A category is a plus point for you. But for muslim minority quota admission, I think you need to belong to the minorities.

Minority Quota means seats earmarked for the Minority Community students from within the State, belonging to the Minority Community to which the institution belongs.
