Hey dear, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks found it hard to get a govt. Mbbs seat. Since your score is in the range of 500 and being a obc candidate you have fair chances of getting govt. College under state quota for sure, stay in touch with counselling.
