I'm studying in govt dental college Vijayawada 1st year. Can i transfer to govt dental college Hyderabad in 2nd year. Plz tell the process

The whole process depends on the college in which you wish to join i.e. hyderabad government dental college..Even some colleges doesn't allow to join second year if you study first year somewhere else..
