I'm sorry to hear about that. But I don't think all is lost, what is the procedure in your college if one fails a supplementary exam? Do you have to repeat the whole year and give the next year's set of university exams?

Are you thinking of changing your course from MBBS to something other stream by trying again through NEET?

In my opinion, I think if you still want to become a doctor and still want to continue with MBBS, please go ahead. It must be hard facing a setback like this. But I know many people who have failed and dropped a year or two but have still passed through MBBS because they worked hard. You can do it too.

Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry are the foundations of medicine, and first year is challenging due to the sudden increase in portion and level of difficulty. But you can try again, there's nothing wrong in that. The fact that you are studying in a medical college means you're smart enough to get through NEET and the difficult counseling process. You have earned an opportunity not many others have, and many who want it don't get it. Please try reconsidering you decision. Writing NEET again means losing another year, and who knows what the outcome will be. On the other hand, if you take the guidance of your professors and peers, you can pass through first year and have a great career ahead.

I wish you all the best, and if you need any further advice, you can ask more queries.

Hope this helped!
