I'm thinking to do CSE in engineering and MBA ? Can any body suggest me other best courses to do to get good jobs

The combination chosen by you is quite good .
There are certain short term courses you can do to build your cv , like advanced excel , web development , various programming languages etc . Moreover , doing internships add to your skills.
