First of all let me make it clear that there is no private medical college who will charge you a fees of less than 40 lakh for 5 years.Also the fee structure keeps on revising every year so the fee always keeps on rising.
You have got 384 marks in neet 2019 so I suggest to first try in some government medical colleges as according to the cut off of neet 2018,you are very close to cut off of some government medical colleges whose list I'm providing hereby:-
