For MHT CET eligibility, the basic requirement for General category students is at least 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (or Biology for certain courses) in 12th standard from a recognized board. For reserved category students from Maharashtra, the minimum is 40%. Since you have 36 in Physics, 39 in Chemistry, and 79 in IT, your PCM aggregate is slightly low, but eligibility is determined on the overall aggregate in the qualifying subjects. You must check the official CET brochure to confirm your subject combination eligibility for the specific course you are applying to. For Engineering, PCM is mandatory; for Pharmacy or other allied courses, PCB is considered. From your marks, it seems you might still be eligible if your aggregate meets the minimum criteria. Remember, eligibility is one thing, but admission will depend on your CET score. Even with a borderline percentage, a high CET percentile can open doors to good colleges.
