Solution :
As BO and CO are the angle bisectors of $\angle $B and $\angle $C respectively.
⇒ $\triangle $BOC = 90º + $\frac{1}{2}\angle $A
⇒ 134º = 90º + $\frac{1}{2}\angle $A
⇒ $\angle $A = 2 × 44º = 88º
Hence, the correct answer is 88º.
