Congratulations on a good rank in Amrita Entrance Examination. Closing ranks are different for home state and other state candidates for same program. So to give you more visibility, I am mentioning below the closing rank of ECE for previous year for both home state and other state candidate:-

• Electronics & Communication Engineering - Home State(16407) Other State(2747)  

 As per your rank if your home state is Tamil Nadu you have good chances of getting into Amrita,Coimbatore but if you belong to other state you have difficult chances.
