In bcece my Ur rank and bc rank is 1914 and 816. I got dce darbhanga (mechanical).can i get bce patna (ce, me, eee) or gce (ce)

You can definitely get BCE for Mechanical, Electrical and Civil engineering as cutoffs within 3000 ranks under BC Category.

Good chances with gaya College of engineering for Civil engineering in 3rd roujd as well.
