You can apply in iiit delhi there are pgd (m.sc) course available for cyber security in distance. You can apply via upgrad. Duration is one year and the fee is around 3 lakhs for this course by iiit delhi.

Yes there are some courses on cyber security in Birla Institute of Technology and Science, some of the core courses under cyber security are
