In CMC Vellore , 3 seats are reserved for SC/ST . Whether those 3 seats are top 3 ranks whatever category(SC/ST) they come under or 2 seats for SC and 1 seat for ST like that ?

Most of the institutes in India follow the system whereby 7.5% seats are reserved for STs while 15% of the seats are reserved for SCs .
