Hope you are doing well. Yes, as mentioned in COMED-K general instructions, you have go along with atleast one parent or guardian while attending for COMED-K counselling. During COMED-K counselling, there will be a need of your parents signature as well or for some other formalities. And going along with parents will also help you to choose some better options after discussing with them . I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
